On 22 November 2021 the City of Brussels officially launched the citizen portal MyBXL.
We are proud to have developed this new tool for the City, whose first online services mark the beginning of a digital modernisation of citizens' daily administrative interactions. One more step towards the Smart City!
Ordering administrative documents, requesting a pest control service, removing bulky items, tracking files, etc. are all things that can be done via MyBXL!
We would like to thank the i-CITY teams and our partners for this achievement, which reflects the City's desire to develop its administration in order to offer an ever better service to the people of Brussels.
